It’s late spring. The cherry trees are in full bloom and raspberries are popping like popcorn in the forest. You’ve rolled out a picnic blanket while your aunt Jeanette struggles to light the grill. It’s barbecue time – and yes, she’s vegan (grill-flamed bell peppers are totally a thing!).
She kindly asks you to make her a drink (non-alcoholic of course, she’s not a barbarian!), so you smile and toss a few fresh lemons into the blender with sugar, ice, and frozen raspberries.
