It all started in Gothenburg in 2023 with glitter cans (yeah, please don’t judge us for that). And in fact – it wasn’t really “we”. It was just one person who loved snus and wanted something the market didn’t have.
So he contacted the best (and coolest) factory in town (and by town, we mean the universe), begged them to create the best nicopouches they’d ever made, and drove across the country a few times just to tell people how good it was. But he’s not in the picture here, because he is too handsome.
But now – now we’ve grown into something more refined: a clean, Scandinavian palette with a design language that’s unmistakably us. Today we’ve matured into a group of people who live for this. We do it properly, with love – and always with a bit of humor. After all, why take things so seriously all the time? The glitter is still here, but only on the inside – the cherry on top, the icing on the cake. The POP in Chainpop.
He basically lived in his car and bought insane amounts of fruits and spices to mix. Just to find out: what flavors REALLY work? And when everyone said “that combination sounds strange,” he just said “yeah, but I love it.” Turns out, others did too.
And the brand name? It was his old, really lousy band.Turns out, he’s better at making pouches than music.
Everything we produce is made in Sweden, the official home of snus. The factory is located in the Swedish town of Destiny Hill (or as we say, Ödeshög). The most important thing in a can of Chainpop is the quality. You may not like the flavors, you may think the design is not for you – but the quality, nicotine release, and flavor combinations must always be perfect.
We don’t do dangerously high nicotine strengths. We believe these pouches are a lifestyle—an enjoyment of life that should be used in moderation.
